The 25 animal groups are the backbone of jogo do bicho. Every 4-digit outcome — from 0000 to 9999 — maps to exactly one group via its final two digits (dezena).
How this group works
Each group covers 4 consecutive dezenas. When a 4-digit result is drawn, the operator looks at its last two digits. If those digits fall within this group's range, the group "wins" for that prêmio position.
